· $135/night. Period. Nothing else. Nada. Zip. Zero.
· No discount, haggling, etc. Please don’t ask.
· Minimum stay 2 nights

How to Pay:
· We follow the practice that others in the coastal area use, i.e., half to hold the reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival.
· The dates are up for grabs until we get a deposit! We've been burned several times by people who said they wanted it, promised to send the $, and then we never heard from them again and lost business.
This is non-refundable unless there is a hurricane watch published by the National Weather Service for Cedar Island!
· Re deposits: vacation rentals cannot afford to reserve a property and then not have the clients come. Stories abound about people trying to cancel because the weather is not perfect, headaches, etc. No one can afford this. While we cannot afford to do refunds for less than perfect weather forecasts, we can make it clear what we would do: if a hurricane is heading our way, we won’t be here and we would refund your money. That does not mean that if a hurricane is heading to Florida that we would do this. So, if a “Hurricane Watch” vs. the more imminent “Hurricane Warning” is posted for Cedar Island for the period you have reserved, we’ll refund your money if you choose to cancel. We’re in this for the long term and want our guests to make repeat visits and send their friends…all decisions will be made with this in mind. Bottom line: if a hurricane is heading this way...we're gone and you are too with the remainder of your deposit in your pocket!

or send us a check to payable to Pelicans Rest. We will hold the reservation for 5 days to allow for the mail to arrive.
If you wish to reserve we will send you an invoice via PayPal. You then just use PayPal to make the payment.
If you don’t have a free PayPal account and don’t want to get one, simply keep pressing “Pay Now” and then “continue” and you will come to the page that has you log into a PayPal account OR use your credit/debit card.
We’ve gone to this system for cost reasons and because we don’t like having your credit card data.
